Instructions on renewal

To ensure your ArkClaw can be used continuously for a long period, renew it before expiration to extend its validity.

Considerations

For the ArkClaw (default name: ArkClaw) granted as a trial benefit when an Agent Plan/Coding Plan is subscribed to, the renewal rules are as follows:

Benefit source	Description
Agent Plan Small/Medium/Large/Max	If ArkClaw has not expired or has expired for less than 24 hours, you can only renew Agent Plan large model subscription package separately to continue using ArkClaw for free. If more than 24 hours have passed since expiration of your ArkClaw, you need to activate it before you can renew in the ArkClaw console. warning You can obtain entitled ArkClaw for free by subscribing to Agent Plan Medium, Large, or Max. The expiration date of the entitled ArkClaw will be the same as that of your subscribed Agent Plan. You will not obtain entitled ArkClaw for free by subscribing to Agent Plan Small. You can purchase ArkClaw separately based on your needs.
Coding Plan Lite	You can renew in the ArkClaw console only after your ArkClaw has expired and been activated.
Coding Plan Pro	If ArkClaw has not expired or has expired for less than 24 hours, you can only renew the Coding Plan Pro LLM subscription package to continue using ArkClaw for free. If more than 24 hours have passed since expiration of your ArkClaw, you need to activate it before you can renew in the ArkClaw console.

Procedure

Follow the steps below to enter the renewal page.

ArkClaw remaining days ≤ 7 days
ArkClaw expired
ArkClaw remaining days > 7 days

If your ArkClaw has 7 days or fewer remaining before expiration, click "Renew now" in the upper-right corner of the page to go to the renewal page.

If your ArkClaw service has expired, click "Renew now" at the top of the dialog box to go to the renewal page.
If your ArkClaw has more than 7 days remaining before expiration, follow these steps to go to the renewal page.
Switch to the target ArkClaw page. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the details icon.
On the ArkClaw details page, select the "Status and usage" tab.
Click the "Renew" button.

Confirm the information of ArkClaw to be renewed and select a renewal duration.

Bundle renewal (with ArkClaw and Agent Plan/Coding Plan)

ArkClaw separate renewal (ArkClaw only)

When your ArkClaw and large model subscription package (Agent Plan or Coding Plan) are about to expire at the same time, you can complete renewal in one go via bundle renewal, without separate operations.

ArkClaw & Coding Plan/Agent Plan	Confirm the ArkClaw and Agent Plan/Coding Plan specifications, expiration time, and other information for renewal.
Disk capacity package	Confirm the storage capacity expansion tier and corresponding fees. tip You can renew your storage capacity package together with the plan subscription only if your ArkClaw has completed single-time standalone storage capacity expansion. Manual selection of capacity tiers is currently unavailable. The system will automatically adopt the tier of your last standalone storage capacity expansion. To adjust the capacity tier, upgrade to a higher tier via the standalone storage capacity expansion entry before proceeding with renewal. Example: If you previously selected the 100 GiB tier for standalone ArkClaw storage capacity expansion, the added storage will be renewed at this same tier by default upon subscription renewal.
Renewal duration	Select a renewal duration for the package. Bundle renewal (including the Agent Plan large model subscription package): Supported renewal cycles include 1 month, 6 months, and 1 year. warning The validity period of an Agent Plan cannot exceed 1 year. Therefore, the sum of the selected renewal duration and the current remaining validity period cannot exceed 1 year. For example, if you have an Agent Plan with 3 months remaining validity period, you can only select a 1‑month or 6‑month renewal duration. The 1‑year option will exceed the maximum limit and is unavailable. Bundle renewal (including the Coding Plan large model subscription package): Supported renewal cycles include 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. warning The validity period of a Coding Plan cannot exceed 6 months. Therefore, the sum of the selected renewal duration and the current remaining validity period cannot exceed 6 months. For example, if your current Coding Plan expires in 2 months, you can select a renewal duration of 1 month or 3 months.

After reading and agreeing to the relevant ArkClaw service rules, click the "Pay now" button to enter the payment page.

After you join the User Experience Improvement Program, Volcano Engine will, based on the necessary diagnostic data uploaded by ArkClaw, help you quickly diagnose issues and optimize service quality. You can also quit the User Experience Improvement Program at any time. Learn more.

On the payment page, confirm the order and amount information, select a payment method, and click "Pay now" to complete the payment.

After payment succeeds, you can click the "Enter chat" button to continue interacting with ArkClaw.

tip

At the top of the chat interface, you can check the remaining available days of ArkClaw at any time.
