Evaluating and providing feedback on ArkClaw responses

Volcano Engine supports message-level feedback in conversation messages, enabling you to easily rate ArkClaw responses and report issues. You can like or dislike individual ArkClaw responses, and the platform will identify issues in ArkClaw responses based on your feedback and continuously optimize its response quality, user experience, and stability.

Procedure

Go to the target ArkClaw page.

During conversations with ArkClaw, you can:

Give a thumbs-up for quality responses

Below any satisfactory ArkClaw response, click the button.

Give a thumbs-down for unsatisfactory responses

Below any unsatisfactory ArkClaw response, click the button.

In the pop-up window, select the issue category, add issue details as needed, and click "Submit" to complete the operation.

After you submit the feedback, the platform will leverage the information you provided to continuously improve ArkClaw response quality.
