[Limited-time token campaign]: Receiving 50M monthly trial tokens with ArkClaw purchase

After you purchase any edition of ArkClaw (Starter, Standard, or Premium), you are entitled to 50M complimentary trial tokens per month. This benefit is available for both standalone ArkClaw purchases and bundle purchases of ArkClaw + Agent Plan.

Allocation cycle: The complimentary monthly quota is automatically allocated at the beginning of each month.

Settlement rules: The quota is settled per calendar month and fully reset at the beginning of every month. Any unused quota in the current month cannot be carried over to the next month.

Limits

The 50M complimentary trial tokens form an irregular promotional quota, and their allocation is subject to official campaign announcements.

Complimentary token quota description

Upon successful ArkClaw subscription, the system automatically allocates 50M complimentary token quota per month. This quota is tied to the Doubao-Seed-2.0-lite model by default for inference calls.

Quota consumption priority and model switch rules

The token consumption priority and model switch rules depend on whether you have subscribed to the large model resource package (Agent Plan), as specified below:

Subscribed to a large model resource package (Agent Plan)	The system prioritizes consumption of the dedicated model quota contained in Agent Plan by default. To use the complimentary tokens, manually switch the inference model to Doubao-Seed-2.0-lite. For operation details, refer to "Trial token quota" in Adjusting/configuring inference models.
Not subscribed to a large model resource package (standalone ArkClaw purchase only)	The system calls the Doubao-Seed-2.0-lite model by default and consumes complimentary tokens. After the complimentary quota is exhausted, to guarantee business continuity, you can upgrade to Agent Plan or modify model configuration to obtain more dedicated quota or higher configuration.

View trial token usage

You can view the consumption details of complimentary trial tokens for the specified ArkClaw to track quota usage in real time.

Switch to the target ArkClaw page and click the Claw details page icon in the upper-right corner.

On the status and usage page, view the trial token usage.
