tip
The price calculated in the console when you create the instance shall prevail. Standard quota
Assume that on April 1, 2022, at 00:00, you created one Standard Edition instance in the China (Beijing) region using the Pay-as-you-go billing method. After one month (30 days), you used a total of 500 MB of outbound traffic over the public network for pushing and pulling container images over the public network. Billing cycle
CR measures the usage of all resources on an hourly basis and generates bills accordingly. The actual amount and bill generation time are subject to the Volcano Engine system.
Billing methods
Pay-as-you-go billing
CR supports Pay-as-you-go, a postpaid billing method under which you use the service before paying for it. The bill amount is calculated by multiplying the usage by the unit price and is deducted directly from your Volcano Engine account balance.
Mixed billing
In the mixed billing model, instance fees and quota expansion fees are billed on a Subscription basis and must be paid in advance. However, this model offers greater discounts than Pay-as-you-go. Outbound traffic over the public network and storage capacity still follow the Pay-as-you-go rules.
Renewal description
Currently, the Subscription resources in the mixed billing model support automatic renewal. For details, see Automatic-renewal rules.
