Start a Standard Edition instance of the Container Registry.
API description
Currently, this interface is only used to restore a Standard Edition instance that is in a pending reclaiming status ({Stopped, [Released]}). Before calling this API, call the ListRegistries API to obtain the current status of the target Standard Edition instance.
Request description
To achieve low latency, it is recommended that you select the corresponding service address based on the region where your resources are located. For details, refer to service address.
