Webex integration can be achieved by creating a custom application on the Webex APP side.
Common application scenarios

• Dashboard subscription
• Chart monitoring and alerting
• Push notification for dataset synchronization results

Step 1: Register a bot from the Webex Developer Platform, then provide the access token, configure it in System Management/Enterprise Domain Management - Office Platform Integration, and make a note of the bot username;



Step 2: To send messages to individuals and groups, ensure that the bot is in the same team (used for searching people and groups). You can add the bot to the team using the bot's username.

Step 3: To send messages to a group, which is equivalent to sending to a space, you need to add the bot to the space. A space has a general group (general) and smaller groups.
Caution:
The bot that sends messages must correspond to the provided token. If you create a bot arbitrarily and add it to a group, it will not have the ability to send messages.
