Global user attributes refer to attributes that system administrators can enable in the context of private deployment. After enabling global user attributes, project administrators do not need to create universal attributes such as position and region for each user in every project. This reduces the cost of user management and user attribute maintenance, and improves work efficiency.
This document applies to private deployment scenarios. This feature is supported in V2.54.0 and later versions.

(1) The system administrator clicks the avatar in the upper right corner of the overall product interface to enter the system configuration interface.
(2) In the system configuration interface, select account management.

(3) The system administrator clicks attribute management and adds custom attributes.

(4) After the system administrator adds custom attributes, they can select custom attributes for a specific account in the edit interface.

(5) After the system administrator completes the above operations, the project administrator does not need to add attributes that are common to the entire team or company to each user one by one in a specific project.
