[Optimization] Webhook configuration supports dynamic token #

Based on the existing Webhook configuration capability, a new dynamic token authentication mode has been added to further enhance the security and flexibility of Webhook calls. When the dynamic token mode is selected, you must configure two key pieces of information: the interface address for obtaining the dynamic token and the token parameter name.
