As Lark's efficient office methods and Intelligent Data Insight's data-driven approach become increasingly integrated into the daily operations of various enterprises, we have launched the Lark + Intelligent Data Insight joint solution based on the features of both products. This solution enables product feature integration across multiple stages, from data ingestion and data delivery to data sharing, providing users with a more convenient collaborative office experience and supporting organizational transformation. This document provides a systematic introduction to the capabilities and outcomes of the deep integration between Intelligent Data Insight and Lark. For details on each capability, click to view the detailed documentation.

In the Lark app marketplace, Intelligent Data Insight has already been listed as an application. New customers can find the application by searching and can try it out.
In the Lark open platform, application administrators can create custom mini programs or applications for Intelligent Data Insight. Organization administrators can set permissions and configure the application's visibility range in the Lark admin console, enabling users within the enterprise to directly access the mobile version of Intelligent Data Insight from the Lark Workbench, or push daily, weekly, or monthly reports to Lark individuals or groups. For detailed steps, see Basic Configuration for Lark Integration.
After the administrator completes the basic configuration, subscription and alert rules can be set in Smart Data Insight, enabling dashboards and data anomalies to be pushed to Lark and Lark groups. For detailed instructions, see How to Push Lark Messages, Data Subscription, and more.
You can configure the Smart Data Insight dashboard link in the tab position of the Lark chat window, enabling you to access data at any time. For detailed instructions, see Overview of embedded analytics to learn how to obtain the dashboard embed link.
You can open the Smart Data Insight dashboard directly from the left sidebar in Lark, allowing you to view data without switching to a browser and making business analysis and communication more efficient. The detailed instructions and features will be available after Lark releases the new version. Supported versions: Lark V7.0 and above; Smart Data Insight V2.56.1 and above.
Users in Smart Data Insight can bind their accounts with Lark accounts, either individually or in batches. For detailed instructions, see How to Bind Lark Accounts and Create Users in Bulk.
Approval flows in Lark are supported, allowing users to apply for permissions from resource owners. Once approved, applicants receive the corresponding permissions for the requested resources. This lowers the barrier to data usage and shortens the time required for data or IT personnel to grant data permissions. For detailed instructions, see Permission Approval Integration with Lark.
Starting from version 2.48.0, Smart Data Insight supports commenting on dashboards. Users involved in comments can also reply. When integrated with Lark, message bots can push notifications to commenters. For detailed instructions, see Dashboard Comments.
After completing Lark integration and binding the chart creator to a Lark account, you can contact the chart owner with one click. Click the contact button next to the chart name to see the Lark ICON. Clicking it allows you to access Lark to view the owner's Lark contact information and get in touch with them.
Smart Data Insight provides authorization operations through two entry points: the "Authorize" button in the upper right corner of the dashboard, and the "Authorize" option in the pop-up menu of the dashboard or folder in the left dashboard directory. Click the authorize button, select the authorization target and permission level in the pop-up window, and the system will send the dashboard link to the sharing target and grant the corresponding permissions. This step supports sending Lark notifications to the sharing target. This feature is enabled by default, and users can opt out. For detailed instructions, see Authorization and Sharing.
Using the embed dashboard feature, you can embed data reports into cloud documents with one click. For detailed instructions, see "Overview of embedded analytics" to learn how to obtain the dashboard embed link. You can also see how Chart Embedding works.
More capabilities for Lark integration are being gradually rolled out. Please stay tuned.
