When using or trying (collectively referred to as "use") the DataWind Analysis Assistant ("this service"), please carefully read and comply with the "DataWind Analysis Assistant Service Usage Guidelines and Disclaimer" (hereinafter referred to as "this statement").

1.1 The Analysis Assistant is a self-service analysis assistant within the DataWind product, based on large model capabilities, which enables rapid completion of a series of operations such as data preparation, data interpretation, and exploration through natural language conversations.
1.2 You may use the Analysis Assistant functionality based on the large model already configured in DataWind; you may also purchase a legally operated third-party large model ("third-party large model") to use the Analysis Assistant functionality (only for private deployment scenarios). If you purchase a third-party large model yourself, you must verify and confirm the legality, compliance, security, and suitability of the third-party large model for your business. You must register an account for the third-party large model yourself and comply with the third-party large model's license, usage guidelines, and other requirements. Volcano Engine is not liable if you are unable to use the Analysis Assistant properly due to reasons attributable to you or the third party.

2.1 You may only use the Analysis Assistant functionality within your own business and internally, according to your actual business scenarios. You must not input content unrelated to your business into this service, and you must not provide generative artificial intelligence services to the public through the Analysis Assistant functionality.
2.2 You must not use this service, prompts, or content generated by this service for the development, training, annotation, fine-tuning, optimization, iteration, or other similar activities of new models or other models outside this service. You must not use this service to develop, train, or improve algorithms or models that are in competition with Volcano Engine or its affiliates.
2.3 When using this service, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to cybersecurity, data security, personal information protection, intellectual property rights, and content governance, maintain internet order and network security, and must not use this service to publish statements that endanger national security, undermine national unity, disrupt social order, are discriminatory, or improper, or infringe upon any third party's rights to personal information, reputation, personality rights, intellectual property, property, or any other rights, or engage in activities involving pornography, gambling, drugs, or any conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and good morals.
2.4 To fulfill legal and compliance requirements, Volcano Engine has the right to use technical or manual means to review your actions and information when using this service, including but not limited to reviewing content you submit to this service or content you generate using the service, and to establish and improve risk filtering mechanisms, databases of illegal content characteristics, and more.
2.5 Volcano Engine will not use content you submit to this service, content you generate using the service, or data you process with DataWind and Analysis to train or fine-tune large models.
2.6 You understand and agree that Volcano Engine will automatically receive and record the conversation information you enter during your interaction with the Analysis Assistant, and use this information to output content to you in order to provide the Analysis Assistant service. We will also use conversation information to improve the Analysis Assistant's ability to understand your input, so as to continuously enhance the speed and quality of the Analysis Assistant's recognition and response, and improve service effectiveness. During the conversation, you can also evaluate the content output by the Analysis Assistant, including actions such as liking or disliking. We will collect your evaluation information, including error reasons you voluntarily submit, in order to continuously improve the quality of the Analysis Assistant's output content.

3.1 You acknowledge and understand that all content output by this service is generated by artificial intelligence models, cannot replace answers provided by professionals, and is for your reference only; it must not be used as a basis for decision-making. We will make every effort to improve the quality of the generated content; however, due to current technological limitations, we cannot guarantee that the generated content is true, accurate, or comprehensive.
