In the dataset list, the operation items for an individual dataset include the ability to create usage instructions for the dataset. After usage instructions are created, users can quickly view the dataset's usage guidelines, business explanations, special notes, and other instructions when using the dataset in visual query analysis, to ensure correct usage of the dataset.

(1) Click Data Preparation -- Dataset module, and in the dataset list, find the dataset that requires instructions.

(2) Click the three dots on the right to open the dropdown menu, then click "Create usage instructions".
(3) In the pop-up window under "Example", enter the URL for the sample instruction document; it is recommended to use an online document, such as Lark Docs.
(4) After clicking Visual Query for the dataset, you will see "Dataset Usage Instructions" below the dataset; click to open the instruction document.
