After you create an alerting notification policy, you can edit or delete the alerting notification policy. This topic describes how to manage alerting notification policies.

Edit an alerting notification policy

You can edit a created alerting notification policy. To do so, follow the steps below:

On the top navigation bar, select the target region.

On the left navigation bar, click Alert center > Alerting notification policy. In the list of alerting notification policies, find the policy that you want to edit and click Edit in the Actions column to edit the alerting notification policy.

Delete an alerting notification policy

You can delete a created alerting notification policy. You can perform the following steps to delete the policy:

On the top navigation bar, select the target region.

On the left navigation bar, click Alert center > Alerting notification policy. In the list of alerting notification policies, find the policy that you want to delete and click Delete in the Actions column to delete the alerting notification policy.

After you click OK in the message that appears, the policy is deleted.

warning

If an alert rule is associated with the alert notification policy, deleting the policy will prevent users from receiving notifications triggered by the rule. Proceed with caution.
