Configure data classification charts
TLS provides data conversion to process query and analysis results. Currently, only data classification is supported. The data classification feature allows you to group data by specified fields and count the number for each category.
This topic describes how to configure data classification charts in an existing dashboard.
When configuring data classification charts, you must meet the relevant conditions in Notice. Steps to configure a data classification chart
- Select the region where log service is located from the top navigation bar.
- In the left navigation bar, select Common functions > Dashboard.
- Select the dashboard to add the chart, click Add chart, and then click Create chart.
- Select the query time range.
- On the Query and analysis tab, add data sources as needed, select the target log topic, and enter the query and analysis statement.
- On the Data conversion tab, click Add conversion, and then click Data classification.
Notice
You can also enable data conversion below the chart analysis section on the query and analysis page to use data classification and aggregation features.
- Set the following configuration items, and then click Start analyzing.
- After chart settings are complete, click Save dashboard. Or you can click Apply to dashboard and preview the results before you click Save.
Count the number of logs with different level values every 5 minutes. By default, the line chart does not support displaying the number of logs by level value. By configuring classification rules under data conversion, the system will group query and analysis results into three categories based on level values (info, warning, error) and display the numbers for each category in the line chart.
