This topic describes how to delete dedicated TrafficRoute DNS log topics and projects.
Overview
Before pushing logs generated by TrafficRoute DNS to TLS, you must manually create projects and log topics in the TLS console. When creating a log push task in the TrafficRoute DNS console, select the corresponding project and log topic.
- Disabling the log push task for TrafficRoute DNS does not automatically delete the corresponding project or log topic.
- Deleting projects and log topics will cause real-time log delivery to fail.
Edit TrafficRoute DNS dedicated log topics
There are no special restrictions on editing log topics for TrafficRoute DNS logs. The process is the same as editing a regular log topic in TLS. For details, see Edit log topic configuration.
Delete TrafficRoute DNS dedicated log topics
There are no special restrictions on deleting log topics for TrafficRoute DNS logs. The process is the same as deleting a regular log topic in TLS. For details, see Delete topic.
