TLS bills by day and deducts fees in real time after the bill is issued. If the available amount in your account, including balance and coupons, is less than the bill amount to be settled, your account will be considered overdue. You will receive SMS or email reminders about insufficient balance.

You must top up and settle the overdue payments within 24 hours. Otherwise, TLS will no longer provide normal service for you.

If the account remains overdue for more than 24 hours and all overdue bills are still not paid, VolcanoEngine will suspend this service. Uploading, querying, and other actions will be prohibited, but your data will be retained and continue to occupy storage space resources. Therefore, the overdue fees accumulate. If you pay the overdue payments within 15 days after suspension, the service will be actively restored.
