TOS offers a self-service diagnostic tool in the console that identifies issues based on error codes and provides solutions. This explains how to use the tool.

Steps

In the left navigation pane, click Diagnostic tool.

Enter the error code in the EC code textbox and click Immediate diagnosis.

Once a diagnosis is initiated, TOS provides a description, cause, example, and solution for the error code. Based on the diagnosis, you can adjust configurations or submit a ticket for consultation.
