To view TOS usage statistics, you must have read-only access to Cloud Monitor. This topic explains how to give a user read-only access to Cloud Monitor.

If a configured permission does not take effect, we recommend that you retry later, as there is a delay.

Steps

In the left navigation pane, click User.

In the User list, click Authorize in the Actions column of the user you want to authorize.

On the Add authorization page, configure the following settings:

Policy	Select CloudMonitorReadOnlyAccess.
Limit to project resources	Select whether to restrict the chosen permissions. These permissions take effect only for resources within the specified project. For more information, see Delegate by project.

Click Submit to complete the authorization.

After authorization, click Done to view the policy details.
