Problem description

The length of the value in the set FilterRule exceeds the limit.

Root cause

When creating event notification rules, the length of the value in FilterRule exceeds the limit.

Example

In the PutBucketNotification interface, the Value of elements in FilterRules exceeds 255 characters.
