Problem description
Tag key is empty.
Root cause
The tag key is empty when the user sets tags on a bucket or object.
Example
You made the following request:
PUT /objectName HTTP/1.1
Host: <Bucket name>.<TOS endpoint>
Date: Fri, 30 Jul 2021 08:05:36 GMT
x-tos-tagging: =bb
Authorization: authorization xxx

Solution
Ensure the tag key value is not empty.
