Unsubscribing from resource packages

This topic introduces the notes and steps for unsubscribing from a resource package.

Notes

Currently, resource packages only support a full refund within seven days, with no questions asked, under the following conditions:

Refunds are only available for newly purchased resource packages within seven days of purchase. Packages that have been renewed, modified, or used (even partially) are not eligible for refunds.

Each account can issue up to 100 refunds for resource packages per calendar year (January 1–December 31).

After you unsubscribe, Volcano Engine will refund the amount you paid (minus any coupon deductions) to your Volcano Engine account according to the cancellation rules. Used coupons are not refundable.

Steps

Log in to the Billing center > Cancellation.

Click the Unsubscription in seven days without reasons tab, and then click Unsubscribe in the Actions column of the target resource package.

In the Unsubscription information confirmation section, verify the refundable amount for the resource package from which you wish to unsubscribe. After selecting the pre-unsubscription confirmation prompt, if applicable, click Unsubscribe.
