In the configured lifecycle rule, the NoncurrentVersionTransitions field contains both NoncurrentDays and NoncurrentDate parameters, but only one of them is allowed.

Solution
When configuring the lifecycle rule, choose either NoncurrentDays or NoncurrentDate. That is, configure only NoncurrentDays or only NoncurrentDate.
