Purchasing resource packages

This topic explains how to purchase a resource package.

For information on resource package types and offset policies, see Overview.

Although resource packages cannot be upgraded, they support stackable purchases. These purchases are equivalent to upgrading the capacity of a single package.

Steps

Log in to the TOS console.

In the left navigation pane, click Resource packages, and then click Purchase resource package.

On the TOS - Resource packages page:

Select the Effect package type, Specifications, Purchase duration, and any other necessary parameters.

Check the box that says I have read and agree to Storage products and service terms.

Click Buy Now.

In the Confirm order information wizard, verify the resource package information and click Next step.

In the Submit payment information wizard, select the Payment method, and then click To pay.

After a successful payment, click Return to order list to view details and usage records for the purchased resource package.
