ArkClaw exception resolutions
If ArkClaw experiences anomalies such as configuration file corruption, missing dependencies, or service exceptions, you can refer to this topic for rapid recovery to reduce the impact on business use as much as possible.
ArkClaw has file system read-write permissions and modifies its own configuration files during operation. This can corrupt configuration files, break dependencies, or cause service exceptions, which may disrupt normal usage.
1. What should I do if ArkClaw stops responding to conversations, becomes unresponsive, fails to apply new skills or configuration changes, runs out of system resources, or experiences other issues unrelated to configuration corruption?
You can try to resolve issues by restarting ArkClaw. 2. What should I do if the ArkClaw service fails to start or connect due to plugin or configuration issues?
Possible causes:
- Plugin exceptions: Invalid plugin format, missing dependency packages, or incompatible versions may cause the service to fail to start.
- Configuration exceptions: Core configuration file corruption, format errors, or permission configuration errors may prevent the service from starting up or connecting.
3. What should I do if the service is completely damaged and cannot be resolved by restarting ArkClaw? First, wait 5 to 10 minutes for the AI auto healing mechanism to repair. If the fault persists after the timeout, the issue cannot be resolved by the current automatic diagnosis and auto healing capabilities. Submit a ticket through feedback for support. 1. Will a restart cause my custom configurations and data to be lost?
No. A restart only restarts the service process. All valid user custom configurations, chat history, and skill files are fully preserved. The system automatically creates a backup before repair.
2. What should I do if an error occurred during restoration?
Save the error logs. Then, in the upper-right corner of the page, click "
> Feedback" to obtain help.
