Billing FAQ
How are DDHs and their instances billed?
DDHs are currently offered on a subscription basis. For instances deployed on DDHs, you are not charged for their compute resources (vCPU and memory), but charged for resources associated with the instances, including volumes and Internet bandwidth on a pay-as-you-go basis. For details, see DDH and instance billing. Can I purchase a DDH on a pay-as-you-go basis?
No. Currently, DDHs can only be purchased on a subscription basis.
What happens when a DDH expires, or the account has an overdue payment?
- If you want to continue using an expired DDH, you can renew it. If it is not renewed upon expiration, the DDH and all instances on it are automatically stopped. For more information, refer to Instructions on expiration.
