Renewing DDHs
You can follow the instructions in this topic to renew your DDHs and extend their expiration dates.
  • When you renew DDHs during the resource retention period, the renewal cycle will be calculated starting from the original expiration date/unsubscription time in the renewal bill.
  • After you renew DDHs, any DDH that has been forcibly shut down will automatically start and enter the "Running" status. If the restart fails, you can manually start it. If manual startup still fails, go to the console and click "Ticket > Create ticket" in the top menu bar to obtain support.
Automatic renewal
Before the expiration of your DDHs, you can enable automatic renewal for any DDH that has not enabled automatic renewal. Once automatic renewal is enabled, the system will automatically deduct the renewal fees from your account balance 7 days prior to the expiration dates of the DDHs. Make sure that your account balance is sufficient. If you have coupons in your account, they will be prioritized for the renewal.
You can also select the "Automatic renewal" option when purchasing a DDH. For more information, see Purchasing DDHs.
tip
  • Auto-renewal cannot be enabled or modified for expired DDHs.
  • For any instance with automatic renewal enabled, you can also manually renew it at any time. Manual renewal does not affect automatic renewal. The system will deduct fees 7 days before the updated expiration date.
Manual renewal
After a Subscription DDH expires or is unsubscribed, if renewal is not completed during the resource retention period, the DDH will stop services and be automatically released. You can manually renew the DDH at any time before it is released.
