OpenClaw limited-time renewal promotion

This topic describes the limited-time renewal promotion for Subscription instances purchased via application templates.

Promotion period

February 24, 2026 – April 30, 2026

Eligible users

All users who purchased the OpenClaw promotional package via ECS application templates.

Quota description

This renewal promotion is subject to per-user limits. Each user in the same region can apply the discount to only one OpenClaw promotional package instance, and can participate only once during the promotion period.

warning

If you modify the configuration of your OpenClaw promotional package instance, it will no longer be eligible for the discount. This includes changing to a non-promotional package instance type, changing the OpenClaw application image, resizing the volumes, or adjusting the EIP bandwidth upper limit.

Renewal cycle description

The promotion discount is valid only for 1-year renewals. Renewals for other cycles can be processed in Billing center – Renewal management but will not qualify for this discount.

How to access the promotion

In the top menu bar, select the project and region of the target instance.

Go to the renewal promotion page.

About to expire

In the "Billing method" column of the target instance, click "About to expire > Renew now".

Instance not expired

Click the "··· > Cost > Renew" button on the right side of the target instance.

On the renewal management page, configure the following information and click "Pay".

When you renew an instance, the volumes and EIP included in the package will be renewed along with the instance.

If you have a Coding Plan activated, you can renew your instance and the Coding Plan at the same time.

Parameters	Description
Instance	Confirm the information of the instance to be renewed.
Renewal method	Select "Combination renewal".
Renewal duration	Select the renewal duration for the Coding Plan. Instance renewal duration: Only 1-year renewal is supported and eligible for this promotion. Coding Plan renewal duration: The total validity period of the Coding Plan cannot exceed 6 months. Therefore, renewal durations exceeding this limit are not supported. For example, if you have a Coding Plan with 2 months remaining validity period, the maximum renewal duration for the Coding Plan is 4 months.
Instance/Coding Plan expiration time after renewal	The new expiration time of the instance and Coding Plan after renewal for your selected duration.

Confirm your order information and click "Next step" to submit payment details.

Click "Pay" to complete the payment.

If you have available coupons, select them for fee deduction.

Promotion description

Price rule: Users who meet the above conditions covered in purchase limit, renewal cycle, and promotion package are eligible for the corresponding discounted price.

Discount verification: If you find that the discount on this product is not applied, check price rule compliance.
