Description of the snapshot consistency group is as follows:
- It can only start with Chinese characters, letters, or an underscore (_).
- Only Chinese characters, letters, numbers, underscores (_), hyphens (-), and periods (.) are allowed.
- The length limit is 1 to 255 characters.
