Querying the instance ResourceQuota (such as vCPU and GPU) limit and usage at the availability zone level
The instance ResourceQuota (such as vCPU and GPU) is provided at the Availability Zone level. It helps you perform fine-grained resource management.
For example, you can limit key resources by instance family.
It also lets you query usage to plan your resources accordingly.

Binding the integer portion of the vCPUs to fixed CPUs for instances configured with non-integer vCPUs
For instances that are configured with non-integer vCPUs (such as 1.5), this feature binds the integer portion of the vCPUs (such as 1 vCPU) to the hyper-threading of processor cores. This reduces the overhead caused by process switching across different CPUs and delivers stable performance through resource isolation.
