[Product changes] Announcement of changes of configuration names of the VKE

The Volcengine Kubernetes Engine (VKE) is scheduled to change the configuration names of the cluster host fees from the VKE host version to the VKE starting from June 9, 2025.

Changes details

Reason for changes: To more clearly distinguish product and configuration information in order details. We will rename the cluster host fee configuration from the VKE host version to VKE.

Time of change: June 9, 2025

Changes impact

Configuration name updates: This update only affects help document and order configuration names. When you purchase VKE-hosted clusters, the configuration details on the order detail pages (under Billing > Order management ) will show as VKE. If you purchased VKE-hosted clusters before this update, your existing order detail pages will still display the VKE host version.

Service and use are not impacted: This configuration name update will not have any influence on your online services, rights and benefits scope, use methods, and fees. You do not need to implement any further operations. You can continue to enjoy the existing services and features.
